Research Coverage Methodology
Suspensions/Temporary Cessations: The National Research Exchange obtains data on a confidential basis from various third-party sources.
Temporary suspensions of research coverage pursuant to various SRO regulations or due to another factor may be reflected as a "Drop" in coverage.
When such coverage is resumed (e.g., at the expiration of a new issue Quiet Period or the release of previously non-public information from an M&A transaction),
the coverage period will be reflected as continuous, as if there were no suspension.
Dropped Coverage: In those cases where The National Research Exchange does not receive notification of a "Drop" in coverage by a research provider,
we will assign a Drop in coverage one calendar year from the date on which we last received notification of an analyst issuing a statement about
a particular company.
